About PropertyRepair

PropertyRepair started as a favor. I was helping a property manager and friend catch-up on a 3-month backlog of work orders. His maintenance coordinator wasn’t doing a good job, so I stepped in as part handyman/ part coordinator. 

I worked dozens of projects and sourced all new vendors. After only 30 days, we’d finally caught-up. This experience showed me a huge opportinty existed for helping property managers AND repair techs work more efficiently. Today, PropertyRepair manages hundreds of projects a month for dozens of customers in three states. And we do it all with mininmal staff and our Scheduler software.
